Ladykillers/Los Pepes- Split 7". This split is hot! Ladykillers play high energy Garage Rock that's catchy as hell and sure to get you shaking. "Repeat" is up there with the best s tuff currently coming out of northern Texas and is right up there with early Marked Men, Wax Museums and Bad Sports. Los Pepes are billed as "the loudest powerpop band on earth" and cites bands like the Testors, Nervous Eaters, and Boys as inspirations. All those influences are indeed heard in their music. Their tracks "Head On" and "Dressed Down" combine pop sensibilities with a huge dose of Punk Rock shredding guitar solos and super catch vocal melodies. Import from the UK. Show more
