We’ve used a single malt Pale Maris Otter and a single hop Mandarina Bavaria to keep things focused and balanced. Lagered for at least six weeks. No rush. Just time, temperature, and attention. The result is dry and very clean, with subtle herbal and floral notes, a gentle spiciness on the palate, and a light sweetness from the yeast and malt.
