Picked by hand at full ripeness, the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation in vats, foudres, and barrels with partial malolactic fermentation, then ages on fine lees before hand-disgorgement with a dosage of just 2.5g/l. The result is dazzling, rich yet focused with superb depth and a texture that's creamy and plump.
