Designed by the Stockholm-based studio Front for Moroso and introduced in 2025, Lakelet draws its formal language from the Nordic landscape: still water, the soft weight of forest light, and the way a shoreline dissolves into its own reflection. The result is a coffee table that reads as much as image as object. Each table is constructed in curved glass, with tops available in transparent, smoked, iridescent, and watercolor-printed finishes. The printed motifs, rendered with the looseness of watercolor, suggest rather than depict, asking the eye to complete the scene. Iridescent and smoked variants shift with the quality of surrounding light, producing atmosphere rather than spectacle. Lakelet is offered in multiple shapes and sizes, and its made-to-order nature means that finish, proportion, and color can be calibrated to a specific interior. The piece sits comfortably within residential living spaces, as well as within the considered environments of boutique hospitality.
