It has 11 snaps on the underside that snap onto the shoulders of all our tops. This FrouFrou measures 11 in (28cm) by 4 in (10 cm). Handmade in: Italy. Care: Although this FrouFrou is very high quality, it is handmade and should be handled with care. Please do not iron the snaps as they might melt. If you would like to fluff the feathers use a hairdryer, in the cold setting, gently from far away.
