Why throw the entire toothbrush away while only the bristles need to be replaced? Did you know that recycling plants can't process waste that measures less than 3 inches? So, if you remove the bristles from a bamboo toothbrush, although the material itself is recyclable, the bristles can't actually be recycled. Next time you are replacing your toothbrush, opt for Lamazuna's eco-friendly replaceable-head toothbrushes. It took a year and a half of development to arrive at this product. How it works: 1. Press the back of your toothbrush head to snap it out 2. Snap in the new head The handle is made of bioplastic : 70% castor derivatives / 30% bioplastic, in France. The brush and head are made with nylon and the base in ABS, in Italy. The toothbrush comes in a biodegradable cardboard packaging. Colors available: red, blue, green, yellow, purple Bristles' type: Super Soft, Soft or Medium Replacement heads are available here. Lamazuna partners with TerraCycle so once you are done with your brush's heads, send them back to Ekologicall and we will make sure that they are recycled properly.
