Exactly as it says!! A box with a Welsh lamb in it. Sourced from our own flock of Sheep, on the estate. The lambs are reared on the lush green valley bottoms. In a whole lamb box, you are buying 2 shoulders, 2 legs and 20 chops, 1 lb of Mince. If you would like it butchered in any other way, (rolled breast, neck rings for example) please specify. You can do this by adding a note to your order on the cart page. We are very lucky to have local abattoirs which deal with small numbers of animals. Our lambs travel no more than 35 miles to be slaughtered, we take them there ourselves and take great care for their welfare at all times of their life. Show more
