As an added benefit its also the best lamb meat you’ll ever taste! The absence of lanolin glands lends itself to the tasty, delicate and lightly flavourful meat. They are fed a combination diet of hay and grain for their entire life and this lends itself to a well-marbled meat that doesn’t taste gamey! Always butchered between 6-10 months of age, this prevents the meat from getting tough and affected by natural hormones.
