Cut from WA free-range lamb with rich marbling throughout, our shoulder rewards slow roasting. Cooked low and slow until meltingly tender, it falls easily from the bone. Cook it wh ole, or ask us to cut it into 1.5 inch strips for peka, or dice it for curry. Expect 25-35% weight loss during the cooking process. This is a variable-weight product and is priced at $/kg.
