Zahrah RoastA bold, grounded roast from the Jafar region of Oromia, Ethiopia. Grown at 1,726m by the Burka Gebbina Farmers Cooperative and naturally dried on raised beds, these Ara bica beans are a first-grade expression of smallholder craft. This is a limited-edition micro batch, roasted by hand in Toronto by the girls of AYYO. And yes — these beans were personally brought back from Ethiopia by our co-founder, Dasii.
