Description: Our consultations are for customers looking to solve issues with a problematic area in a landscape. The scope of this service entails one of our qualified team members meeting the customer at their home to explore the area they would like ideas for. The team members will gather information about their soil, terrain, sun/shade areas, existing landscape plants, existing water systems and the customer’s desires. Pictures will be taken to aid the design and offer solutions. The team member will create a rough design giving the customer ideas of what to plant, where to plant them and what to remove, if necessary, and any other information such as water needs, etc. The customer will be provided a list of plant material to purchase. Consultation Package A -$300 A team member will spend 3 hours total on the project (including drive time) on taking notes, and provide a list of suggested plant material. Consultation Package B -$550 A team member will spend 3 hours total on the project (including drive time) on taking notes, and provide a list of suggested plant material. The customer will then be given $300 in nursery credit to be used for landscape plants. This option is good for people planning to do the work within a year from the consultation date. Terms: These are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the set consultation appointment. This service is not provided by a landscape designer, so no “formal” designs are created. It is a sketch and list of plant materials being suggested. For those who chose Consultation B, the nursery credit will be issued after the consultation has taken place. The credit will be held in the store for the customer to pick up when they are ready. This credit is non-transferable.
