The wine expresses minerality and length on the palate with a nice balance of acidity on the finish.This wine is a free blend of the two main white varietals of Burgundy: Chardonnay and Aligoté. The berries are sourced from different parts of the Burgundy region characterized by a large variety of different soils. Both grapes are vinified separately and blended before bottling, which gives them more control on the typicity of this wine. This is a great aperitif wine but it also pairs well with pasta, cured meats, pork, chicken, rich fish like salmon and tuna as well as soft, mild cheeses.
