A Chardonnay dominant cuvée which is citrus led, with mineral & saline notes, suited to all occasions; particularly in the spring & summer months. The Corallian drinks equally well on its own or particularly with fish dishes. Perfect now or age for up to 5 years. Blend : 88% Chardonnay, 6% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Meunier Suitable for vegetarians and vegans Alcohol 12% Serve with : salads, canapés and fish. Excellent with smoked salmon. Critics reviews: "Very powerful aroma" Very powerful aroma and I can really see the Selosse connection (Grimshaw is a disciple). Dry finish.
