Our complex Rosé NV is a blend of 46% Pinot Noir, 18% Pinot Meunier, 36% Chardonnay, and is made from 85% base wine from 2018 and 15% reserve wine. The wine offers aromas aplenty o f cherry bakewell, pink lady apple skin, raspberry yoghurt & wild strawberries. The palate reflects this fresh red berry profile, but it is also more serious & has great depth. Cherry yoghurt, young wild strawberry & raspberry coulis bring the fruit profile to the forefront, whilst a more savoury & saline note rounds off the wine. Over 18 sale Show more
