Crafted from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc, this serious, complex Sancerre wine is handled only in stainless steel, to allow the winemaker to represent the fruit as closely as possib le. Loads of gooseberry and passion fruit, on the palate lovely balance, elegance and freshness; with that characteristic flinty, fresh acidity. Vibrant, delicious and recommended.
