Choose Diamond Hone s for tackling ultra-hard blade steels. Diamond Hones are available in Fine (Gold), Medium (Orange), Coarse (Purple), and X-Coarse (Silver). Serrated Sharpening Hones take the guess work out of sharpening your serrated blades. The Medium (Gray) is for reshaping but does not sharpen to a final edge.
