All LAPCO barrels are billet machined. They do not use tubing to make their barrels as many other paintball manufacturers do. LAPCO barrels are gun-drilled and micro-honed to exact sizes leaving a near mirror finish to make them the smoothest, most accurate barrels available. Other manufacturers barrels vary in size down the bore, creating wave like distortions.
