Before You Get Drippy A little preparation makes cleanup much easier. Place a plastic drop sheet, old towel or other protective covering underneath your play area before beginning. Coloured wax may stain clothing, bedding and other fabrics, so protect anything you don't want decorated with evidence of your evening. Wax Play Safety Always test a small amount of wax on a more sensitive area of skin before beginning like the crook or your arm. Start from a greater distance and gradually move closer only when you know the temperature is comfortable for the person receiving the wax. Keep communication open throughout your play and regularly check the skin and your partner's comfort level. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep the candle and flame away from hair, clothing, bedding and other flammable materials.
