Once you confirm you have good water flow, take the following steps: Test your water with the test strips Adjust your pH up or down to get into the correct range Wait 2 hours and then add stabilizer in front of the fitting where the water is returning to the pool Dissolve ½ of the Power Shock in a full, large bucket of water and pour the entire mixture in front of the fitting where the water is returning to the pool, then repeat with the other ½ of Power Shock Wait 2 hours and then add the Ultra Blue per bottle instructions This product is considered a "hazardous material" and cannot be shipped.
