The raw toucha, also known as uncooked green pu-erh nest, is made from compressing 100g of Yunnan maocha green tea. Historically tea compression makes transportation of tea more efficient and easy. This special delicacy is from the Yunnan province. This tea can be stored and allow to age. It is well known that the longer you store Puerh tea the better the quality. Weight: 100 g (3.5 oz). Brewing Tips: Opaque yellow, smoky tones on top of a rain-fresh tang, slightly bitter. Brew 1 mini cake in a teapot or cup in boiling water for 1 minute. Strain and add more water for five to six further infusions, brewing for slightly fewer seconds each time more water is added.
