How To Use: Before adding to these large tapioca pearls to a recipe, soak for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight, in your refrigerator. Most pudding recipes call for soaking in milk. For a richer taste, we recommend using whole milk or cream flavored with vanilla. You can choose vanilla extract, vanilla paste, or a split and scraped vanilla bean.
