This is a handmade triquetra pendant I made based on the triquetra pendant from Charmed. I wanted to make a pendant that was sizeable enough that both men & women could wear it! The Large Triquetra Pendant invites wearers to connect with the enchanting legacy of a charming tv show celebrating the magical harmony of the Halliwell sisters. Crafted in either .925 sterling silver, stainless steel or antique bronze, this Celtic pendant captures the essence of the series and provides a tangible link to the deep symbolism of the Triquetra, a symbol of unity and the collective power of the sisters. DETAILS Materials: available in either .925 sterling silver, a mix of 92.5% fine silver and 7.5% copper, or antique bronze, a mix of 90% copper and 10% tin. Both are free of nickel, zinc or cadmium, which are common metal allergens, which can cause rashes and sores. Stainless steel is a tougher material than gold and silver and is ideal for everyday wear for those that are hard on your jewellery. The stainless steel I use is 316L grade to make sure you get no allergic reactions as 316L grade stainless steel is nickel free, lead free and cadmium free. Moreover, stainless steel is water resistant and doesn't tarnish and doesn't required a lot of care. It does take more work to finish pieces cast in stainless steel and can take longer to get cast, so the processing time is 2-3 weeks depending on the caster. Pendant Dimensions: The pendant is 4cm high & 3.5cm wide. The a bail has a 6mm wide opening, perfect for most chain. Shipping: Shipping is with tracking and full insurance. Triquetra (Latin tri- "three" and quetrus "cornered") originally meant "triangle" and was used to refer to various three-cornered shapes. It has come to refer exclusively to a particular more complicated shape formed of three vesicae piscis (the leaf-like shape in between two equal diameter circles when both centers are on the circumference of the other circle), sometimes with an added circle in or around the three lobes. Also known as a "trinity knot" when parallel doubled-lines are in the graph, the design is used as a religious symbol adapted from ancient Pagan Celtic images by Christianity, as is common in Christianity. It is similar to Odin's symbol, the valknut.
