Sara made her first loom in 2017 from a wooden picture frame and furniture nails and began learning to weave through online tutorials and a lot of trial and error.As a queer female artist, Sara is committed to sustainability and supporting LGBTQ+ rights. The practice of making art has always been a way for her to connect with others, to maintain her mental health, and to bring joy to others.
