Through LAS Vino (Luck. Art. Science), Peterkin crafts eclectic wines of regionality but with a twist. Despite deep roots in the region - grandson of Kevin Cullen and Diana Cullen, nephew to Vanya Cullen, and son of Michael Peterkin (Pierro) —Nic initially resisted wine. It was travel, with vintages across Portugal, the US and Mexico, that drew him back, shaping a philosophy grounded in curiosity and challenging norms.
