LastTissue is a reusable tissue set — 6 organic cotton tissues paired with a BPA-free silicone case that keeps clean and used tissues separated. Designed in Copenhagen by LastObject and launched on Kickstarter in 2020, the campaign was backed by more than 13,500 supporters, making it one of LastObject's most successful crowdfunding campaigns. One LastTissue set replaces more than 3,100 single-use tissues over its lifetime. The silicone case is divided into two compartments by an internal partition. Clean tissues load into one side; after use, tissues go back into the other side. The two compartments are always kept separate, making the hygiene system intuitive and requiring no thought. The case closes with a secure snap and fits in a pocket or bag in the same footprint as a standard tissue pack. The case is dishwasher-safe. The six tissues are made from GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) organic cotton — grown without synthetic pesticides and processed without harmful dyes or finishes. GOTS is the world's leading textile processing standard for organic fibres. The tissues are machine washable at up to 60°C and rated for more than 200 wash cycles each. After washing, fold and reload the clean side of the case. The cotton tissues are home compostable at end of life. Packaging is FSC-certified cardboard.
