These attachments are excellent for adding more variety to your workouts, and are highly efficient at working the upper body, particularly your back. By utilising over and under grips, as well as wide and narrow hand positions, you'll be able to effectively target all areas of your back, biceps, triceps and shoulders with this rack attachment. This makes it an excellent tool for building strength and adding muscle mass. The weight plate sleeves are compatible with standard weight plates, however, an Olympic adapter can be purchased for an additional $30 Please note: rack not included.
