Arriving on time helps ensure your appointment runs smoothly and allows us to provide every couple with the experience and attention they deserve. We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. We understand that life happens — if your appointment begins more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, a $79 Flexible Arrival Fee will apply. Appointments delayed 30 minutes or more may be subject to a $99 late fee and/or cancellation, depending on availability and our ceremony schedule for the day.
