The BodyKore GR605 Commercial Lateral Raise is a deltoid blaster. The isolateral arms allows you to train each shoulder individually or both at the same time. The rotating handles allows the user to find the most comfortable position and the 6 point seat adjustments gets the user to the optimal height to perform the exercise.The dense chest and arm pads is made for durability as well as comfortability. The machine comes with a 220lb weight stack (upgradeable to 340lbs) with a 1:1 pullet ratio.
