Flight Numbers: 3 | 3 | -1 | 1 Next-generation grip technology built around the Pure’s famously straight, confidence-inspiring flight. The Latitude 64 Pure – Project ChainGrip Prototype combines the trusted, straight-flying Pure mold with an experimental dual-plastic construction focused on one thing: maximizing grip where the disc meets the chains. This prototype pairs a firm, dependable inner structure with an ultra-tacky outer edge designed to improve security both in the hand and at impact. The core and inner rim use Zero Hard plastic, giving the Pure a stiff, familiar feel and a reliable structural base. Surrounding that is the new ChainGrip outer edge, molded from one of Latitude 64’s tackiest material blends yet. The goal is to help the disc grab more aggressively on chain contact without sacrificing the clean, predictable release players expect from the Pure. Despite the added tack around the outside, the ChainGrip Pure is designed to come out of the hand smoothly without sticking or creating late releases. That balance makes it a strong option for precision putting while still giving players the familiar neutral flight and straight-line control that have made the Pure such a trusted short-game mold. On approaches, the Pure remains easy to shape and highly controllable, with enough torque resistance for smooth power while still holding straight lines exceptionally well. Its neutral flight makes it useful for point-and-shoot putts, controlled approaches, and short drives where accuracy matters more than fade. Developed as part of Project ChainGrip, this prototype represents a new direction in putter construction and material design. The concept was refined with input from players including Kristin Lätt and Jesper Lundmark, combining proven Pure performance with an experimental high-grip outer edge aimed at improving confidence on the green.
