For hand washing, add to the wash bowl, wash then rinse. Machine wash dosage guide: Soft water - 1 tbsp (20g) Hard water - 2 tbsp Very hard water - 3 tbsp Heavy soiling - add an extra 1 tbsp Hand wash - dilute 1-2 tbsp in a wash basin, soak for 5 minutes and rinse in cold water Always follow garment care instructions and your machine manufacturer's guidelines.
