SIZING: We suggest you wear your Lava Booties as tight as possible to prevent water pooling at the toes. They will be quite snug when putting them on, but will expand in the water. LAVA Booties sizes are based on Men’s Sizes, though the booties are unisex. There is an approximate 1.5 size difference between Men's and Women's sizing (e.g., a men's size 7 is roughly equivalent to a women's size 8.5). To put on a pair of Lava booties (neoprene socks), follow these steps: Start by standing on the socks and stepping into them one foot at a time. Once both feet are inside the socks, pull the socks up over your ankles and lower calves. Adjust the socks as needed to ensure they fit snugly but not too tightly on your feet and lower legs.
