Our lavender was made in response to how often floral syrups lean artificial. We aimed to develop a version that’s more gentle than your typical lavender syrup, but still tasted like lavender when mixed with your favorite beverage. Flavoring our syrup with only real lavender buds and sweetening with honey was the key. The decision to not use flavor extracts kept our syrup from tasting aggressively floral while the honey paired well with the floral notes lavender buds we use to flavor the syrup.
