If you've been disappointed by soapy-tasting lavender drinks, this syrup changes that. Frothy Monkey uses culinary-grade English lavender to create genuine floral notes without any perfume-y aftertaste. The natural color is golden amber, not purple, as no colorings are added. For an elegant latte, pair it with espresso, oat milk and a touch of honey. Also delicious in a matcha latte, as a lavender lemonade (with fresh lemon and sparkling water) and in elevated cocktails like a Lavender French 75 or Lavender Gin Sour. Ingredients include cane sugar, water, lavender, citric acid.
