The COX LawnMaster Scarifier attaches to current LawnMaster cylinder mowers via the cassette system, adding active scarification to the same platform used for regular cutting. Where a dethatcher removes surface-level organic buildup, scarifier blades penetrate into the thatch layer and the uppermost soil, cutting through lateral runners, moss and compacted debris.
