Lax-A-Day is a tasteless, grit-free, sugar-free powder that can be mixed into your beverages. It helps by drawing water into stools to soften and increasing the frequency of bowel movements. These Lax-A-Day products come with a dosing cap that is marked to contain 17 grams of powder when filled to the marker line. Dosage for Adults Over 18 Years Old: Take one single dose of 17 grams once a day OR as directed by your physician. Stir 17 grams into 250 mL of water, juice, or non-alcoholic beverage and drink. Treatment for 2 to 4 days may be required to produce a bowel movement.
