Layali is one of Ahad’s most intricate designs, combining soft black fabric with sheer tulle panels for a fluid, layered contrast. Dark-blue crystals and beads are carefully arrang ed across the abaya, with every embellishment individually positioned and stitched by hand. The combination of detailed construction, contrasting materials and hand-applied embellishment requires approximately a day and a half to complete.
