Parfums de Marly Layton Exclusif Eau de Parfum Layton, at its most extraordinary. Layton Exclusif by Parfums de Marly is the Exclusif concentration of the iconic Layton — the most intense, most enduring, and most opulent expression of the fragrance that made Parfums de Marly a household name for men. Created by Hamid Merati-Kashani, the same perfumer behind the original, Layton Exclusif takes every quality that made Layton one of the most celebrated men’s fragrances of the past decade — its effortless versatility, its extraordinary depth, its universally flattering character — and amplifies them into something richer, more concentrated, and more commanding. In Exclusif concentration, the apple opening is more vivid, the vanilla base more enveloping, the sillage more powerful, and the longevity more extraordinary. It opens with the same beautifully composed combination of apple, lavender, bergamot, and mandarin orange — fresh, slightly sweet, and immediately distinctive — but rendered with a depth and intensity that makes the original feel like a sketch and the Exclusif the finished painting. The heart deepens with geranium, violet, and jasmine — warm, slightly floral, and deeply aromatic — before descending into the fragrance’s most magnificent base: vanilla, cardamom, sandalwood, pepper, guaiac wood, and patchouli — six notes of extraordinary complementarity, each one amplified by the Exclusif concentration into something more present, more enduring, and more deeply beautiful than in the original.
