Lazarus is our most exploratory wine. A true deep dive into the unearthing of Old World winemaking techniques. We’ve pushed the concept even further to expand into the realm of whi tes, re-passing the barrel-aged whites over the pressed skins of current vintage Semillon. The result? Round and tannic, ageless yet youthful, wise whilst brash. In short: Wild. What’s in it? A fruit salad of white grapes that would never see each other throughout the rest of the world, with some of the oldest batches dating back to 2018. Show more
