Much like after September 11th, it’s becoming clear that our country and world has been rallying around the first responders, specifically nurses. Rightfully so! Wanting to do our part to help, we took the entire text to The Nightingale Pledge which is named in honor of Florence Nightingale to create this first aid heart shape. The pledge is a statement of the ethics and principles of the nursing profession recited by many during a nurses graduating - similar to The Hippocratic Oath for doctors.
