The fabric stays cool (not cold) as long as it's moist. This fabric is light, so it won't become heavy when it's wet. Don't worry, your fur babies won't get wet because of the jacket! It absorbs water quickly and efficiently. You will only feel a bit of moisture on your fur babies' back, which will dry out fast.
