A natural wine that never fails to impress with its elevated, rose garden aromas. From a cooler year, this pours a wonderful shade of purple, offering soaring notes of red berries and rose, whilst blood orange and bitter herbs offer refreshment in spades. As the name suggests, this is a vivid, spring-bottled wine that is really flaunting it. Many associate this grape with sweet wines, but here you can appreciate how magical it can be when fermented dry. Made with 100% Aleatico from their “Le Spiaggette” vineyard, the grapes underwent carbonic maceration for ten days, before being pressed off to vat to finish fermentation and rest until the following spring. The resulting wine is incredibly lifted and perfumed, with aromas that almost jump out of the glass at you. Almost impossibly light on its feet, this iconic wine remains one of the best in its category, delivering plenty of energy and charm.
