Le Machin is a new project by Mike Roth of Lo-Fi wines. Roth continues to stay true to his roots with minimal intervention and a gentle approach to fruit and extraction. He had a c hance to work with CCOF organic Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Chardonnay from the Santa Rita Hills.
