The Petit Chef collection is Opinel's set for teaching children to cook safely: a kitchen knife with a rounded tip and an educational ring that positions small fingers correctly, p lus a finger guard and a peeler. The knife and peeler carry Sandvik 12C27 stainless blades that need no maintenance, in beechwood handles. The knife is sharp, so young cooks should be supervised. Choose the complete set with the peeler, or the knife and finger guard alone.
