In 2024, Louis Erard introduced the “Le Regulateur Gravé” models to their permanent collection, continuing their pursuit to bring haute watchmaking techniques to a new generation of indie watch enthusiasts. Utilizing the brand’s first “sector” dial layout, the Gravé models feature indexes in relief, engraved through a subtly textured top surface. The revealed areas are given a galvanic treatment with contrasting metallic tones for a beautiful and legible result. The new sector design adds extra precision to Louis Erard’s distinctive regulator layout. The outer minute track has been expanded for greater presence, creating an appealing moment of intersection with oversized hour and minute subdials. The additional lines are also well utilized to show off the engraving technique, while the layout fills the dial expanse of the 39mm x 45mm x 13.4mm case ideally. Two versions are currently available: Noir, which is black with rose gold accents, and Bleu, which is blue with rhodium accents. Powering the Le Regulateur Gravé models is the Sellita SW266-1 Swiss-made caliber. An automatic movement with a regulator layout featuring 31 jewels, hacking, hand winding, a frequency of 28,000 beats per hour, and a power reserve of at least 38 hours.
