A beautifully illustrated poster for the "Le Rouge Baiser" the artwork was created by iconic poster designer Rene Gruau. Gruau was well known for his collaborations with the Lido and the likes of Moulin Rouge and Christian Dior. Le Rouge Baiser was invented in 1927 by Paul Baudecroux and it enjoyed enormous popularity being the first "kiss proof" lipstick. This lithograph piece is in mint condition and was created in 1949.
