About 'Le Temps Au Temps' by Du Vin aux Liens: Another fantastic Riesling from Du Vin aux Liens, this time a Grand Cru from 2017, spontaneously fermented and aged in Alsatian foudr es. The nose expresses all the typicality of Riesling, with a lovely fresh citrus note of lime and lemon, followed by green apple.
