Pro and Am drivers share the same track and the same green flag but compete for separate championships. You're placed into a class based on pace, so you're racing drivers at your level — the front-runners fight for the overall win, and everyone else fights for the Am title. A driver who never finishes on the overall podium can still go home a champion. That's the whole idea. Entry Options 🏠 Race from home — $20 buy-in. Uses your own iRacing account. One entry covers the full six-week season. 🏁 Race in person at Academy Sim Tampa. Prefer not to race from home? Reserve a seat on one of our pro-grade simulators in our Tampa lounge and run the season in person. How to Join Purchase your league entry above. Request to join the Academy Sim Racing League on iRacing — search "Academy Sim Racing" in the Leagues section and click Request to Join. We'll approve your request once we verify your purchase. Make sure your iRacing Customer ID is provided at checkout so we can match your order. Register each week — every round appears in your iRacing league dashboard for practice, qualifying, and the race.
