This comprehensive muscle build and strength training program is developed to gain strategic muscle based on what you desire. It’s targeted, progressive and recovery focussed. Training involves all muscle groups. Gaining muscle with strong lines and sculpted curves will create an impressive physique. Feel empowered and confident with overall functional strength. Who will benefit from the Lean and Strong Program?: Males and females from the age of 18 years who are keen to build muscle and undergo a comprehensive body transformation process, delivering a symmetrical physique featuring strong lines and curves. Gym membership: Gym membership is required for the Lean and Strong Program. How many days per week should you train: The recommendation for the Lean and Strong Program is to train at least 5 days per week. Each training session is planned for between 60 and 90 minutes. Level of fitness/experience required: Participating in the Lean and Strong Program will require some level of fitness/experience. This Program will be adjusted to meet your physique development desires. How does the Lean and Strong Program work? 1. Start by creating an account 2. Select a payment option based on your desired Program duration 3. Receive invitations to download two Apps 4. Complete intake questions relating to fitness/training experience and nutrition 5. Baseline photos required (you will be guided on what is required to monitor your progress) 6. Log your current food-intake for three days via one of the Apps 7. Two specialised coaches will prepare your training and nutrition interventions 8. Training and Nutrition plans pushed out via Apps within 5 days after you’ve signed-up and ready-to-go in both Apps 9. Active monitoring will occur throughout the duration of your participation in the Program 10.
