Those flavours continue on the palate while adding honeycomb, cinnamon, white lilac and the distinctive stony minerality of the Lincoln Lakeshore. 1 bottle - Grimsby Hillside Vineyard Chardonnay- Bright lemon curd is balanced perfectly with wet-stone, gunflint and wisps of meringue. The palate is perfectly balanced, matching the nose while adding grilled Niagara peach and orange-blossom. 1 bottle - Senchuk Vineyard Chardonnay - Aromas of wet-stone, apple blossoms, toasted almond, spice and honeysuckle.
