Led by Coach Heather MacEachern from The Run Parlour London, the next Learn To Run clinic will start April 20th, 2026. We will meet twice a week, every Monday & Wednesday @ 6:00pm from The Run Parlour (1010 Dundas street) with the goal of being able to complete a 5k run by the end of the 10 week program. All registrants will be emailed ahead of the start date with final details.
